John is highly-regarded as a thought leader in business consulting and talent management. He has over 28 years’ experience across the private and public sector in all aspects of the talent lifecycle, managerial and business consulting, networking and relationship development and in strategic business positioning related to the attraction, development, retention and engagement of staff. John leads a dedicated experienced team delivering business and talent solutions across sectors impacting on the growth and development of Australia.

In 2008, Monash University recognised the breadth of John’s achievements in naming him as a Distinguished Alumnus in their 50th year. John’s continuing interest in executive development and growth is amply demonstrated by his service on the advisory board of Victoria University’s Management and IT Faculty, and the Monash University’s Civil Engineering Department. He was an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business at La Trobe University.

John’s obtained his BE (Hons), MEng. Science and MBA from Monash University.

Dr Oh has worked in corporate finance and international business management in the Asia-Pacific Region. He held senior management positions in US and Asian multinational corporations including board directorships, chief executive officer, chief finance officer and general manager of a listed company on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. His industry experience includes working in retailing, manufacturing, logging, hospitality, financial services, property development, aviation and plantations.

He was the Honorary Regional Ambassador (South East Asia) for Aviation and Aerospace Australia's Trade and Export Network. He represented Aviation Aerospace Australian as a delegate on the Victorian Government trade missions to Mongolia and China in 2010, Super Trade Mission to China in 2012 and South East Asia Super Trade Mission 2013.

Dr Oh was Acting & Deputy Head of School and MBA Program Director at La Trobe University Graduate School of Management. He taught accounting, corporate finance, enterprise risk management, cybersecurity and international business at La Trobe University Graduate School of Management (GSM) and School of Business in both local and international programs in China, Vietnam and Mongolia. He has co-authored 11 reference books and over 70 refereed international conference papers and journal articles. He has a Bachelor of Economics (Monash), Doctor of Business Administration in finance (Victoria) and recently completed a certificate in ‘Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age’ with Harvard Office of the Vice Provost for Advances in Learning.

James is a qualified chartered accountant with more than 30 years of experience in the investment and stockbroking industry where he had held various senior positions such as Senior Director of Equities at Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (KIBB), Chief Executive Officer at CIMB Futures, Chief Executive Officer at Southern Bank Securities and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer at Pheim Asset Management Sdn Bhd.

James has taught Accounting and Finance on a part-time basis at the post graduate level at INCEIF for several years. James holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree, an MBA degree and a PhD degree in Finance. He is also a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Sarah is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Practicing Accountant with more than 15 years of public practice experience. She has extensive experience working in different areas of accounting, taxation, legal compliance and management consultancy both in Australia and in Asia. She has qualifications in Bachelor of International Taxation, Master of Professional Accounting and a Master of Business Administration. Sarah is a business and taxation adviser. Sarah enjoys travelling, ice skating and movies.

Helen Wang

Helen joined Servtac in 2011. She has the knowledge diversity to provide a broad range of taxation, business accounting and accounting system services to our clients from small and medium enterprises across different industries. Helen has a strong orientation toward working directly with clients and meeting client requirements. She possesses an information technology degree from RMIT and is currently studying for her professional accounting accreditation. She is a Xero Certified Adviser.

Linda has both domestic and overseas working experience in Australia and China. She has comprehensive experience in multi-industries, which include Banking, Property, Trading, Media, and Tourism.

Linda specialized in property, banking and relationship management, and she focuses on driving excellence in the local and international services business-line to meet the ever-increasing demand of her global clients. Having gained an in-depth and diversified understanding of the Melbourne property landscape through her 7-year career, and coupled with her strong bilingual skill in English and Mandarin, Linda has delivered numerous high-profile transactions. With more than 10 years’ experience in property and banking industry, Linda now joins Servtac, where she was most recently a business partner for International Trading.

Linda has knowledge and practice of full cycle service in Residential Property – house and land, and apartments, and is a licensed Estate Agent.

Linda said she was excited to join Servtac. “I aim to drive excellence by delivering high-quality client services and providing strategic advice that caters to the needs of our vast global clientele”.
